Day in Ratri Hotel Phuket Old Town
- The staff were so friendly and they even let us check in a bit early to our room after a long day of travelling! - The room was so comfortable and clean, really can't fault it at all! The air con was just wonderful as it was SO HOT when we stayed! - The location was great for us! We liked being a short (10 minute) walk from the centre of old town as we liked the peace however if you want to be right in the centre then this might be a little bit far away. - The pool was an unexpected highlight. I didn't expect us to spend as much time as we did in the pool but after a long day in the heat, we would come back in the evening and cool off by the pool with a cocktail and with the live music playing. The moon light on the wall made it a really lovely setting!

We were guest at this hotel for a few nights and everything was above expectations. A very clean and up to the standards hotel with kind people that will help you with every kind of question you have to make your staying as pleasant as possible. Situated in a really quiet place it’s just perfect for chilling a few days. The location of the hotel makes it easy for you to reach the Old town and shops around just by walking a couple of minutes. They have partnerships with a few companies that offer day trips , you pick and choose and they’ll do the rest. They helped me to organise a surprise for my husband and it was really amazing. Many thanks for that❤️

We stayed at a few hotels around Phuket for our holiday and this one was the best by far. The hotel is modern, clean and well set out. We had pool access rooms, which was very nice to have after a day out in the heat. We were also lucky to get an adjoining room for our teenagers to share. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of selections. Good shopping and restaurants are within an easy 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel, with a convenience store just across the main road. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bonus points awarded for the complimentary ice cream machine at Reception - it was a nice add-on and much appreciated!

Breakfast is fabulous though this hotel is surrounded with plenty of small eatery serving vegetarian meals or any others. If you are to explore the beauty of Phuket Thai cultural, to see the wonders of Phuket Old Town, this is the best place to start with, to lodge in Ratri Hotel Phuket Old Town

The hotel restaurant served a wide range of food and prices were about the same as other eateries in the area. All staff were friendly and helpful. Really glad we spent a little bit more to have access to the pool on level 1 as the ground floor pool was in the shade for much of the day. Fittings and fixtures throughout had a "luxe" feel to them.
