Ratri Hotel Phuket Old Town

We were guest at this hotel for a few nights and everything was above expectations. A very clean and up to the standards hotel with kind people that will help you with every kind of question you have to make your staying as pleasant as possible. Situated in a really quiet place it’s just perfect for chilling a few days. The location of the hotel makes it easy for you to reach the Old town and shops around just by walking a couple of minutes. They have partnerships with a few companies that offer day trips , you pick and choose and they’ll do the rest. They helped me to organise a surprise for my husband and it was really amazing. Many thanks for that❤️

We stayed at a few hotels around Phuket for our holiday and this one was the best by far. The hotel is modern, clean and well set out. We had pool access rooms, which was very nice to have after a day out in the heat. We were also lucky to get an adjoining room for our teenagers to share. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of selections. Good shopping and restaurants are within an easy 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel, with a convenience store just across the main road. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bonus points awarded for the complimentary ice cream machine at Reception - it was a nice add-on and much appreciated!

Breakfast is fabulous though this hotel is surrounded with plenty of small eatery serving vegetarian meals or any others. My daughter left her soft toy during our stay and we called back the hotel and was disappointed when the hotel staff told us they were not able to find the soft toy. We were very surprised when the staff called back the next day to inform us their outsourced laundry found the soft toy. Great efforts in satisfying your guests!

We loved the staff the location and our beds were super comfy. It felt very personal as it is a boutique hotel. The room are quite high tech with buttons to allow you to say you need your room cleaned etc.We did the cooking class and it was super cute and fun and the food was delicious (but spicy so don't add any extra chilli if you are also very white) The pool is really nice they provide lovely fluffy towels and it's always cool because it's in the shade. There is even one room with a private pool but we didn't stay in that one. Wish we had.. would definitely stay again excellent value for money.
